We do not kennel our dogs often, maybe 2 times a year. We have used this kennel a few times. This kennel seemed great from the description we heard, but once we got there, it was not what I expected. Although clean, it was quite smelley, and the kennel space was small (we had 3 dogs put into one cage) The young girls that work there do not seem to care about what they are doing there.
The first time we used this kennel was because we had last minute travel plans and our regular kennel was all full, so we called around til we found one that had room.
Our retriever told us everything we needed to know - He was terrified when we dropped him off and just soooo excited once we picked him up again.
At his regular kennel, he runs out and is just giddy to be there and greets the owner like they have known each other forever. To us that says a lot when a dog is excited that we are going to leave him for the weekend.

I had taken my 6 month old German Shepherd for basic obedience classes. I found the trainers to be a bit rude. They definitely don't take the dogs temperment and breed into account when they show you how to train your dog. Because of this, their training left my German Shepherd and I completely bored when we nailed the tasks given to us, waiting for other owners and their dogs to complete their tasks. In the end we ended up dropping out of school. I didn't feel like we were gaining anything from this class.
I ended up training a perfect dog at home with resources from the internet.
