I have a very skittish dog who is scared of people and is afraid of some dogs (she is a shepherd mix) and I was amazed at how happy she was when I came to pick her up. She was excited to see me but was still happy to remain in the fenced area while I settled up the bill. She was well looked after, ate at meal times (which is something she usually doesn't do when she's away from home) and she was brushed and her nails had been trimmed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who treats their dog like their baby (like I do). She wasn't kept in a crate like a lot of the daycare/boarding places around here, and she was given love and cuddles at bed time. If I ever have to leave her again I will be sure to bring her back to Puppy Tails.
