Owners lack customer service skills. Could have a very good business if they would leave their personal opinions aside. Had toured the kennel and the experience left a bad taste in my mouth when Terry blasted another person on the tour about the harm that Caesar Millan does which left me feeling totally embarrassed for this other guest. I boarded my dog after this which I regret. The lack of sincerity when I dropped my dog off and the negative comments about my pet upon pick-up means I will never go back and will advise others of my experience.
