We were very impressed by the training that Harry too part in at Royvon and the with the follow up lesson that we(the owners) had when we collected Harry. I can't really comment on the Extra Services as we obviously weren't there when Harry was having his extra services. I would like to know what conditions the dogs are kept in at night and when they aren't having training sessions - that part of the site is kept out of bounds to customers. Since it was so cold when Harry was staying there I would like to have been assured that the kennels were warm at night and well sheltered... But a good professional service - thank you.

My dog was allocated a dedicated carer who was a very kind and caring person, he took the trouble to get to know my dog and his habits. My dog came home well and happy

One of the benefits of boarding at Royvon is that they keep you informed of how your pet is doing and, in our case, sent a text to let us know how she was settling in. We even had photographs of our pet sent to us. When something needed doing they called us first to check everything was in order before they proceeded. It was clear when we picked her up that she had been well looked after.

very understanding and friendly bunch of people. full training is very good for bouncy dogs, very warm kennels and trainers are real pals for your pets

Toby loved it. We thought it was great. A little expensive to be honest - would probably use it more if a little less or if half days were an option. However, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

My dog is always well cared for and happy when she stays at Royvon. All the staff are very friendly and put your mind at ease leaving your pet with them.

We are always happy to leave Duka at Royvons and know that he will have as good a time in the kennels as we will have abroad. The staff are so friendly and helpful and I can't thank Paulo enough for the text updates that he sent!!

Excellent - Huxley, for the first time ever, appeared reluctant to return home. The wash and brush up he got before coming home was much appreciated.

Jacko came back to us healthy and happy after a week in Royvon's kennels. They also arranged for him to be trimmed & groomed (at our request) and their groomer did an excellent job. We will definitely use them again.
