I took my dog there and he was not fed properly (I provided the food), he lost weight. I was lied to because they told me he had a full groom the day before I picked him up and he was not even washed. He was covered with urine which tells me that they were not letting him out nor were they cleaning his stall. I have contacted them many times asking to speak with management and NO ONE has called me back. They act all sweet and kind when you go for a tour but they do not care about your dog in the least. The people who own and manage this place are totally unqualified to run a place like this. Take the time to read all of the reviews out there. I wish that I had. This is just a horrible place.

My two dogs were here for one weekend. The dogs came home absolutley filthy. One dog had four tics (I'd applied Frontline before I took them in). One tic was so engorged in the middle of the dog's face I don't know how it could have been missed. Both dogs have Kennel Cough - one is seriously ill. I would never go here again and if you take the time to read the reviews on this place (many by former staff) you will never take your dog here.

I just boarded my Great Pyrenees puppy at Family Pet Resort while I was on vacation. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, I called there throughout the night to check on her initially because I was so nervous. The staff was very kind to me although I was being a pain in the butt. Before coming home a woman named Janice groomed her and she looked absolutely beautiful...Thanks

We had a pretty good experience, but after we boarded our dog here we did hear some bad things from a friend who also boarded their dog at this location, but like I said our experience was good. The employees were friendly and the facility was clean, we were satisfied.
