They are truly the kennel with TLC.....and lots of it. While on holiday in the US my dog stayed there for 3 weeks. The dog has a medical history and they did so much for her. They phoned the Vet, phoned me , reassure me and were EXCELLENT. I can not thank them enough for how well they treated my dog and how much they truly care about pets.

My dogs have been a regular at Blue Ribbon, even before it was Blue Ribbon (it was Blue Caleb, but the new owners now call it Blue Ribbon). The new ownership is just as good at the previous owners maybe even better! My dogs love going here and are definitely excited when they hit their doors. The owners always remember them which is nice and give them a good greeting when they see them. The owners always go above and beyond, the second last time we took our dogs there they have us a nice bag, and the last time, and they saw my dogs nails needed trimming so they trimmed them free of charge. Trimming a dogs nails may not seem anything too special, but trust me it was, my dog has a phobia about people touching her feet and nails, and I have always had a real difficult time doing it myself so I usually take her to the vets for them to do it. It takes 3 veterinary technicians to manage it, at a cost of $50.00, so I was extremely grateful to them for doing it, just because they saw it needed to be done. I recommend Blue Ribbon to all, they are awesome.

We really love this kennel, we feel very comfortable leaving our two dogs here because we know they are well cared for and have a wonderful time.
