we went on a trip last year in aeptember and left our flatcoat retriever there and she loved it. Very clean faciltity, new and very safe. We visited many other kennels around the city and all of them were horrible and I would not leave our dog at them for free. some were downright dangerous and others, like Biro, were rude to us and not nice to the dogs nor did they give very much for their lousy prices. Pam gives friendly excellent service at a great price and takes excellent care of her clients.

Our lab was left in the care of Pam at Kilwinning Kennels and we were so pleased. He was there for 31 days. He came home happy, clean and well fed. Pam kept us posted on his stay. we couldn't be more pleased. Pam's kennel was spotless and warm. The runs were large and secure. Our lab got more walks than he does at home. I would not hesitate to leave our dog at this home away from home again. Thanks Pam

We had never left our dog at a kennel before - he's quite the baby for a 30lb cocker spaniel - so we were uncertain as to how he would react. After some initial trepedation on his part for the first couple of days he came out of his shell - and when we picked him up - he was having so much fun he didn't initially recognize us. Pam is great with the dogs - and he got more walks and attention at the kennels then he sometimes gets at home. He's been back a few more times since - and will be going again soon.

I picked my baby up from this kennels at the weekend and have never seen her look so happy, when I picked her up the owner was playing with all the dogs together and everyone was having fun. My friend recommended the place as she kept her older dog there at Christmas when it had just opened, apparently she was worried her dog would not eat but Pam hand fed her and made sure she was OK. This is not like a normal kennels, the dogs are loved as well as cared for, my dog gave her kisses as we left!
